Ah yes 1/7 a date which will also live in infamy along with the Tiananmen square massacre, the Khmer rouge massacre, 10's of millions killed in the name of Socialism etc. but 1/7/21 was seared into my memory as the day I overcooked the steaks and ruined them forcing us to endure dry steaks.  :bawl:
