A year ago today, Trump committed a crime. Why hasn't he been arrested already?

One year ago today (January 2, 2021), Trump called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and pressured him to change the state's 2020 vote totals. That alone is a crime. Why the hell hasn't Trump already been charged?

1. Well...

A-- He's done a lot of other things and they have to add it all up

B-- We have never before prosecuted a former President for things done while President. These things take time to get right.

2. We all heard it, hard to deny. Unfortunately, getting an indictment is tough

when there is virtually no chance of getting a conviction unless it’s possible to exclude all white wingers from jury.

Not sure a failed prosecution is worth it long-term.

3. IT IS WORTH IT

It has to be done even if there is no conviction. He cannot skate, or it's all over for democracy, justice and belief in the system.

7. He hasn't been charged yet because the Fulton County DA hasn't seen your OP yet.

Once she knows there is a DU member impatient for Trump to be arrested, she’ll get right on it.

9. The only thing worse than not having prosecuted him already would be if we had prosecuted him

and a jury voted not guilty -- or even if there was a single holdout.

I hope they have a rock solid case when they prosecute him.

18. Good point, but any rock solid case will still have Trumpers on the jury.

12. Trump committed a crime

Did you ever think, the powers which protect this country do not know this? Did you ever think, the powers which are making sure this part of the globe remain peaceful and prosperous, do not know this? Let us allow them the benefit of the doubt. I believe they are waiting for the whack-a-moll to spring up and show itself.
I am sure they've got this, and far more than we think we know.
Otherwise, screw the whole Shebang.

False premise, stupid questions and explanations.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

The fact that you take yourselves so seriously is the reason people mock you.
