Thomas Binger and Jim Kraus withheld witnesses from the night in question. They lied. LIED — about the name of the man who provided drone video of the shooting of Joseph Rosenbaum. They knew who it was the whole time and then lied straightfacedly to the judge saying, “Gee, your honor we had no idea.” Of course, we later found out that the man’s name was on the witness list the whole time.

The drone video finally — at the last minute — given over to the defense was purposely reduced in pixel count so that it appeared fuzzy. Prosecutors, using that fuzzy video to pivot to their new prosecution strategy that Kyle’s skirt was too short and so he was asking to be raped — provoking the attack on him. Binger and Kraus knew that’s not what the video showed at all. Prosecutors had a much clearer, larger, and longer version, which still didn’t prove their case, but they kept that back from the defense.

The man who kicked Rittenhouse in the head, who remained a mystery character throughout the entire year, was represented as being “unidentified.” Except prosecutors knew who he was and didn’t identify him to the defense and didn’t produce him to be cross-examined. ...

The FBI surveillance video that had also been kept from the defense until the very last minute was similarly truncated and fuzzed-up by Binger and Kraus. When the defense attorneys, and the world, got a look at it, the video showed clearly that Rittenhouse was running for his life and that Joseph Rosenbaum lay in wait for him.

Binger and Kraus should have an involuntary career change, first modeling orange jumpsuits in the "runways" of the GreyBar Hotel, and then barista training.

Kinda wondering if DA Gravely put Binger and Kraus up to these tactics. If so, no way in hell would either of those cretins sustain any sort of disciplinary action.

As Taft said in the article, the Kenosha voters should well remember those two punks at the next election.

I personally thought that once they were proven liars in opening statements the trial should have been done. Period.

IIRC, WI AG Keith Ellison drove prosecuting the case. My WAG is that DA Gravely knew it was a sure loss, pawned it off on assistants, so the loss wouldn't affect his political ambitions, and chose the least ethical in his office as an act of contempt for the whole steaming pile of a case.

IOW, Gravely has zero credibility, zero honor, zero ethics. If your WAG is true (they levied charges against KR 48 hours after the incident, so their "investigation" was about as thorough as a 4-year-old's crayon drawing), it illustrates how utterly contemptible Gravely is. We don't know the conversation that took place between the two, but if Gravely can't tell the WI AG to pound sand up his ass, he's useless.

Ellison is a Muslim communist, so it stands to reason he'd trade places with Pontius Pilate if he could just to get the opportunity to sentence Jesus to crucifixion.
