The tide is turning.

Hi. I've been lurking on this site for a few days and decided to post. About 95% of conservatives believe the USA has been a paradise since 1776 and will be until the end of time. I don't think they will always feel that way. I believe by 2035 the the far left government will have made the USA worse than Venezuela. And by the mid 2040s conservatives will abandon patriotism and start moving to other countries for more freedom, higher wages, and a better life overall. l'm a conservative and if l was able to leave the USA l would. l would move to Eastern Europe or a former Soviet Union nation because the far left won't destroy those nations. What do y'all think? l live in Texas and support my state leaving the union, but it won't happen because the left and right are unified in making sure it doesn't happen.

Greetings Bill.  America has been some sort of paradise.  We are blessed with the best piece of real estate on the planet, bar none.  We have a flawed system of government but it is much better than anything else that has ever been tried.  These two facts have attracted all sorts of people fleeing authoritarian governments and poor economies.  It's hard to f up that combination but the socialists and globalists are trying very hard.  IF they succeed it will happen long before 2035.  Forget about "other countries for more freedom, higher wages, and a better life overall" if America goes down the toilet so will everyone else.  Of course, that won't affect the globalist/socialist elite.  It appears remote but if Texas secedes, a lot of other states in "fly over country" will follow and I'll be moving to Texas for sure.

I haven't yet given up on the ballot box but the next two elections are do or die.
