Congrats to the boys in hot-lanta! It wasn't a terrific series with only a couple of close games, but the Braves were the underdogs in every postseason series. They were playing under .500 baseball at the All-Star break, also lost their best player in Ronald Acuna and another in Marcel Ozuna to domestic violence allegations, yet soldiered through.
Since Major League Baseball moved the All-Star Game out of Georgia to Denver, Colorado over faux outrage over voting laws, wouldn't be surprised to see a Babylon Bee such as this forthcoming:
MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred awards World Series title to Colorado.
