When I was posting a campfire here from Skins's island, describing the arrest of an American terrorist in Pakistan, I found this particular comment most intriguing:

I've been all over places frequented by "freepers," and I'm not aware of any comments posted--on any web-site--where "freepers" are unhappy about this.

In fact, it appears nearly all "freepers" are jubilating in it.

So where does the "kingofalldunces" primitive get his idea?

I'm not jubilating. These guys should be killed, instead of being allowed to lawyer up after their Miranda rights are read. He shouldn't be extradited to the U.S. He should be confined in a raghead country and questioned by anti al Qaida Shiites for the remainder of his life, which should not be long.

They're calling it a "major win" for the Obamessiah, even though he was captured in Pakistan by their intelligence service. Therefore, conservatives must automatically "not like it."

It is unclear how much the U.S. had to do with it, though I'm sure U.S. intelligence has been working with Pakistan, probably through policies and programs set forth under BoooooshCo. Kudos to all involved for their work.

The irony is, if the DUmbasses had their way the CIA and other U.S. anti-terror organizations would be disbanded and there would be nothing for which to assign the Kenyan-In-Chief credit. Screw 'em.

They prove it everyday by referencing other DU threads when another primitive wants a link to whatever 'fact' was posted by the OP.

In many ways the Primitives put into practice an age-old demonstration on the importance of good communication skills - where you form a line of a dozen people and read a message to the first person, who then whispers the message in the second persons ear and so on until the final person repeats what he heard - which has very little to do with the original message.

A primitive reads an actual article some place, posts it- and through wilful, wishful, or ignorant interpretation spin the original article - and other primitives do the same until the information they accept as fact has nothing to do with reality.

Such as "Bush Invaded Iraq because of Saddam's connections to 9/11" - this was never the case, but at DU, its accepted fact.

I think one prim pulls it out of it's rectal aperture which then gives the other prims a place to quote from. That's how that one bald blogger/pornographer got to be a former kidnapped child. When Prophecy Fails would be a good place to start in understanding the prims.
