sparkling husband primitive feelin' underground

Quote from:
Stinky The Clown

I'm a Democrat and I am SURE feelin' underground these days.

I don't even feel like I exist anymore. Surely no one is noticing me anymore. Me or millions like me. Liberals and Democrats all. Not radicals. Just angry, abandoned Democrats left on the shoulder as the bus roars down the road toward Centerville.

2. I hear ya, bud.

And even worse, the bus is kicking up all kinds of mud and shit and splattering me with it as it drives off.

3. "as the bus roars down the road toward Centerville..."

which, ironically, isn't even the center, but simply a different shade of RW Fascism. A quasi-friendlier fascism, if you will.

Yes, I feel like I'm on that bus as well, screaming like mad that we're headed for a cliff, which the folks driving the bus ignore me entirely and fixate instead on the cliff before them, which they apparently do not recognize.

5. I'm wondering if this is a campaign for 2012

Perhaps he'll play to the center for four long years. A permanent campaign 'til that election.

Sigh.

My, but the rollercoaster rolled off the rails early on in this administration.

But as soon as B. Hussein says some pretty words tomorrow or the next day, the rollercoaster will be back on the tracks again.

One must remember, the DUmmies' lives are an emotional rollercoaster.

Stinkboy, this makes it sound like you think at one time somebody actually did notice you, which I frankly find rather hard to believe.  Well, not counting any humiliating tirades from Sparkles when you didn't change the cat box or left the toilet seat up, I'm talking about noticed by someone outside your household.

Oh My, what a pity party it is indeed.  Obama's numbers are tanking, according to Rasmussen.

Inauguration day:  Strongly Approve:  55%, Strongly disapprove:  16%  Index +28
Steady course to today, St. App:  37%, St. Dis  22%  Index +15, lowest so far.

"Tingle," "tinkle" . . . what's the difference?

Obama is a centrist?

He is just slightly to the left of Stalin.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Sir, that qualifies as "centrist" in the DU Playbook.
