The Birther issue is a trap for the right. The bulk of the American people would never dream that the people who put Obama in power are capable of fabricating this document. i know better, that birth certificate is not worth the paper its printed on.

I bleeve that the name "Barry Soetoro" came from his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, while the young Imam-to-be was living in Indonesia in the late Sixties as a practicing Muslim youngster (who never went into a mosque).

Barry's mommy divorced Barry's daddy in 1964.

This is what I thought as well.  I thought he went to school in Kenya under the name of Barry Soetoro.  So my question really is, what was his BIRTH name?  Was it Barack Hussein Obama or was it Barry Soetoro?

His birth name had to have been Barack Hussein Obama, because his mother didn't even KNOW Lolo Soetoro until after she divorced Barry's daddy in 1964.

Gas at $4 a gallon, involved in 3 wars, losing support for his budget proposals, the debt crisis, unemployment and his public union pals losing ground everywhere, he needed what he thought was going to be a PR win and push those items off the front pages and off the nightly news. Ive downloaded the pdf. It does appear that it is made of different elements (layers). Among other things the supposed stamped dates are separate and movable.

And the name. Whats up with that? Was he at some point Barry Soetoro or was he not? If he changed his name, when did he change it back? And since when do you get named the "II" before a "III" is born?

This has got more holes than swiss cheese.
