I think the idea is, the "Street Address" is considered the mailing address, thus the "Mailing Address" field is blank. Often, people choose to get their mail at a PO Box instead of their street address. In such cases, the form would provide a space for people to put down their mailing address separately.

OK................. If that's a legit document, then, show me his draft registration. Failing to register is a felony!

Then, let's see all the documentation whereas he received,and he has admitted to this, all the foreign aide funds while in college. Can you say fraud?

If you look closely, there are some faint numbers scribbled in some of the boxes on the face of said document....is that  Obama's affirmative action scores for college admittance?

Suspicious minds want to know.

I am in the process of going through years of documents on my sons birth 9 years later in Hawaii, so far,nothing but I have it and it will turn up.

There is someting odd here, something I cannot put my finger on.

Perhaps it is the usual place of residence, this can mean 100 things.  People up here head south in the winter but use their address at the time the child is born to the State they were born in. What the heck does Usual place of residence actually mean ?????

Nit picking here but something just ain't right.

My son was born at Kapiolani hospital in 1995.  His says "Certification of Live Birth" while Obama's says "Certificate of Live Birth".

Elsewhere, Donald Trump found himself under renewed pressure to produce all of his authentic marriage certificates, believed to number in the thousands.
