Just a question for those of us who currently served or served in the past: has anyone ever seen anyone get an acquittal for an Art 15/Captain's Mast?  My CSM views it as taking a plea bargain, but the regs say it is supposed to be proven "beyond a reasonable doubt".

I think I saw it a couple of times, max.  Usually if there's any sort of "reasonable doubt" or if it's not in the best interest of the command to push the issue, they're dropped at XOI, if not before that.
