She might be getting Humira or one of the other outrageously expensive drugs for Crohn's. However, there is so much wrong with her bouncy, that it get's no bongs.
Using fictional and half-truth :bouncies: for DUmp-cred is like a DUmp ritual. OTOH, I like being able to call out their implausible tale elements, or, as in this case, Pam's disingenuous misrepresentation of an anti-inflammatory usage as chemotherapy usage.

Unpacking, giving probable background, and (hopefully) abbreviating Pam's Fedex
:
* Pam's health plan - part of her job for which she hasn't shown up for well over a year - requires that her long-term and ongoing pharmaceuticals purchases be handled by the insurance company's in-house "pharmacy"-by-mail;
* Fedex is having problems with staff retention, recruiting, and training;
* The local Fedex facility mishandled her monthly (or whatever time period set by the health plan) shipment;
* Pam teed off on the quarter- and half-trained Fedex loading area people who probably were not of the shift that misplaced her package;
* Going home, Pam got gas and teed off on a rando-dude who is POed with gooberment's
Panic-Porn-F'ing with the nation;
* Pam lyingly misconstrued rando-dude's
What's-YOUR-Problem-Lady look as
looking like I'd punched him in the nads. Unsurprisingly. Like she has the capability of doing that, literally or or verbally,
;
* Pam proved, by teeing off on rando-dude, that her professed fear of catching Covid from every unmasked rando is a
sham-for-DUmp-Cred,
. Unsurprisingly.
