I don't think surgeons in Scandinuvia - where such surgery has been available for decades - would do that to an infant at the parents' bidding. I think the the ob/gyn's reaction suggests that UGP's cutting/self-mutilation went/goes, ummm, lower than her arms.
If she had been subjected to some kind of Muslim-style genital mutilation as an infant, a lover would have said something to her before now. Something like, "What's wrong with your vag, Panther-honey? It looks like a fistful of Arby's roast beef." I also expect that some doctor who had examined her in the past 50 years would have asked her about it.

if it really happened, was brought on by Subway Cat's recent self-mutilation. Trannies often practice self-mutilation from hatred of the offending genitalia, and/or to "force" a doctor to perform tranny surgery. I once made an EMS call for a man who stuck his penis in a box fan (after removing the blade guard) for that very reason. It didn't work out the way he hoped. Now they call him "Bob".
