Authorities in Iran nabbed two birds believed to be “spy pigeons†near the country’s contentious nuclear facility, the Agence France-Presse reported Monday. Both pigeons were caught near the city of Natanz, which is home to Iran’s uranium enrichment plant, AFP reported. Both had metal rings and invisible strings attached to them.A source declined to mention what will happen to the pigeons now that they’ve been caught. The results of a six-year probe released last month did not rule out the possibility that Iran may be running clandestine nuclear programs, a chief U.N. nuclear inspector said told the Associated Press.
Hope they don't find the spy cockroaches we sent over.
In further news of the horrifying threat that squirrels pose to humanity, Iran has claimed 14 squirrels found near the nation's borders were spies. The state-sponsored news agency IRNA said: 'In recent weeks, intelligence operatives have arrested 14 squirrels within Iran's borders.' 'The squirrels were carrying spy gear of foreign agencies, and were stopped before they could act, thanks to the alertness of our intelligence services.'
At least they were not ptarmigans.
How do you interrogate pigeons?
Try to get one of them to become a stool pigeon, of course. Duh!
Oh, here we go with the fowl jokes.
Well, I certainly didn't mean to ruffle any feathers!
