JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — A federal wildlife biologist whose observation in 2004 of presumably drowned polar bears in the Arctic helped to galvanize the global warming movement has been placed on administrative leave and is being investigated for scientific misconduct, possibly over the veracity of that article.

According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Good news indeed! These hucksters need to be kept on the defensive and ceaselessly taken to task on this bullsh!t.
Scaring the crap out of all the little school kids with tales of drowning polar bears is criminal and absolutely ridiculous.
Polar bears can and regularly do swim astounding distances over open ocean with ease. They were born to it, it's what they do. As a matter of fact there are more polar bears now than at any time since western explorers first began to venture into the arctic. They are thriving.
