Its never been about 'immigrants'.

Missing an important word there, that being "illegal".  Granted it does seem that most of the Haitian immigrants shipped to Ohio were initially some sort of temporary asylum visas, how many of them finished their paperwork?  Overstayed those temporary visas?  Are actively refusing to assimilate into their new home?
