I get where you are coming from, problem is we need to start penalizing the parents or care givers of the youth that they refuse to or cannot control.
We are expected to control our pets and livestock. Why are people not expected to control their children ?
We face a big problem with the youth of all races in this country, the care givers are not held responsible for what ever their kids do.
Much like raising pit bulls with no training and allowing them to roam the streets in packs and the people who raised them have no responsibility for their actions. Dogs are rounded up and sent to doggies prison or shot on sight. The care givers to the dogs are not held responsible in any way for their neglect.
This is Bull, these kids don't give a damn about what happens to them, but if they knew a loved one say their mom or dad would have to go to jail for their misbehavior because they did not keep an eye on them, or prevent them from joining gangs or know where they were at 11 O'clock at night, all this crap would slow down.
Time to make the parents responsible for the actions of their kids. Living in section 8 housing, have a kid arrested -----Refuse to allow the kid to live there. Parent has a choice to move out and put the kid under a keep away notice. Neighbors see the kid coming and going from mothers home, out she goes also with the 5 other children she has.
Draconian yes, but until the youth learn their actions will harm their own family's, not just themselves what other can we do ?????
