  • If I agree with you, then we'll both be wrong.
I got my income tax refund!  :-) :-) :-)

Which of the two would you get and why?

The wife will get the 2003 Tacoma, but she's a SAHM.  I'm the one that commutes 25 miles to work and 25 miles back.

  • Still looking for my pony.....
I really want that FJ. Neighbor has one and loves it.
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

Spread my work ethic, not my wealth.

Forget change, bring back common sense.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Please tell me all about it.  Why you want an FJ, what color, what you like about them, what you don't like about them - everything!

I'm a girl so I totally like it because of the way it looks. I used to have a RAV4 and I wish I had never gotten rid of it. I know the FJ is bigger than a RAV4, but I love them. Neighbor seems to love it and I was happy to find out it's got a rear door - I didn't notice until he opened it one day. They also remind me a lot of the old Land Cruisers.

I couldn't tell you anything technical about them. *blushes"

I would probably get a grey colored one. I haven't driven one because I know I'll end up taking it home. :-) Gotta make this current car last for a while longer.

My neighbor owns a Toyota dealership and his wife gets a new car every 6 months.  She had the maroon FJ when they first came out but with their busy schedule (a 10 yo and a 16 yo both playing a lot of sports) it didn't really fit in, she's had a couple of 4 runners and has always seemed happy with them.

My wife and I have a '74 Landcruiser and I would love to get the Black TRD edition FJ to compliment it, however we need to replace Mrs. RC's Tahoe first and again I just don't think the FJ is much of a family vehicle.

If I was single I wouldn't have bought my '07 Camry, it would have been a FJ (yes I got it from my neighbor)
