Broiled Tilapia ParmesanI made this the other night and everyone LOVED it. There are over 4,000 reviews of this recipe on allrecipes.com and it received 4.5 stars out of 5. I followed some suggestions in the reviews by adding old bay seasoning and sprinkling it with bread crumbs before broiling it. There are also other ideas in the reviews as well if you wand to follow the link and read them. Also it took a little longer to cook than it said in the recipe but my tilapia might have been a little frozen still and I also have two broil settings on my oven, mini broil and high broil or something like that, I used mini broil and that could have made a difference.
