File sending advice needed
« on: August 13, 2012, 04:16:31 PM »
I need to send 3 files totaling over 14 mb to two individuals. Their emails will not accept files that large. I've even tried sending one at a time (the largest is 8 mb), and they still bounce due to size.

Any suggestions?

If everyone is telling you you deserve something, vote for the one who is promising you the least. Be suspicious of the man or woman who tell you deserve everything. Because you don’t.” ---Mike Rowe

Upload them to a file sharing host like rapidshare.com. That works pretty good.

Here -> https://rapidshare.com/

I use Rapidshare quite a bit with my business, and have never had a problem with it.

Note: Rapidshare is free to use....

Snail mail a thumb drive? That's the only thing I'd do. If there's another way, that would be great.

Oh, wait. Upload the files to a backup site, and give the login data to those folks who need the data. Not sure what that would cost, though.

Evernote or google docs would probably work as well.

Damn. You guys are quick. Thanks for all the suggestions. I tried rapidshare first since it was first on the list. Maybe it'll work.
