He was kidding. But he was not all that funny.

"The Wal-Mart customer is a bit of a microcosm of the U.S. economy," he explained at the conference.  ...

I wonder how many times the WSJ is going to run the same article.  I think that's the third time since 2009.

Yeah, haven't we heard this before?

Not a knock on you, Bijou.  I just have seen this in several contexts since the economy started dipping when the Dems took over in 2006.
