I'm a Catholic woman.
The teaching of the Church that I struggle with most is contraception. It isn't that I think the teaching is wrong, in fact, I agree with the Church's teaching on contraception. However, I acknowledge that I am not strong enough in my faith to live by it the way I should, and at times, I fail, and I use contraception.
I won't judge any other Catholic woman, but for myself, I don't take Holy Communion until I go to confession. This sin is between me, my priest and God.
Having said that, I would *NEVER* expect for the Catholic Church to pay for my contraception if I worked for them, as it is against the teachings of the Church. When Obama mandates that the Church pay for this, he is inserting the government between the Church and God, and no person, no matter how powerful, should be able to do that in this country.
Am I hypocrite for sometimes utilizing contraception but saying that the Church shouldn't have to provide it to others? Perhaps, but I don't think so. My choices are mine, and *I'm* the one sinning, not the Church. I wholeheartedly hope and pray that the bishops fight this, and stand up to this tyranny.
A good start, IMO, would be to excommunicate Kathleen Sebelius.
