Along with any programs which grew out from it. I’m telling you: if they could reinstitute slavery and remove the right to vote for women they would and their women would support them wholeheartedly. They are ruthless beyond belief. The Pharaohs has nothing on these bastards.

Why buy a slave? Pay a worker .50 above minimum wage and they'll do whatever you want, for as long as you want.

7. My republican cousin once said she wasn't sure women should have been given the right to vote.

I asked her if she votes. She replied that she does. I asked if she has her voter registration card in her purse. She replied that she does have it, with her driver's license, etc. I told her that if she gives me the voter registration card I will tear it up and put it in the trash for her. She declined my offer of help.

There are plenty of us who totally hate and loathe the man and we would revolt, not be happy. Yes, there are some bobble headed idiots that were raised to be part of and praise the patriarchy and that their only worth in the world is gained through their husbands and those would support that. However, women as a whole do not support him, that's how we took back the House.

I predict that when the real shooting starts, their support is going to dry up to the 20-25% of hard core assholes and that the other 20% of tepid "followers" will abandon "THE CAUSE" once more.

The 'south' will not rise again, its founding ideals are dead and history is not kind to their predilections. It won't end any differently than the last time, but it will cost potentially millions of lives unnecessarily.

I would be all for removing the federal right to vote if you don't pay federal taxes or at minimum the allotment of representatives in the house should be based on net tax payers in the state not just population.

I've said that for years.  I don't care if it is $1.00 of federal tax.  If you can't show you have skin in the game, why do you get to choose how the game is played?  If you think money can't buy votes, pass this law and see who gives up their right to vote.

Yeah, that $1.00 might seem small, but those who use things like the EITC to get back more in taxes than they paid in would stand to lose thousands of dollars, and even the wealthy like Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump would have some hard thinking to do about using some of the loopholes they've both used to avoid federal taxes due to huge losses shown on paper.
