So I thought my outrage beyond outrage would end with the Obama administration.

Now let me get this straight...

The Democrats have overwhelming majorities in the House and the Senate. And they control the White House.

But Obama just gave in to a bunch of Republican demands for the stimulus package. More tax breaks for those who don't need them. Cut funding for planned parenthood. **** the poor some more. Give more money to the rich. WHY??? WHY ****ING WHY??? WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY????

This is beyond ****ing belief. WE CONTROL EVERYTHING. Yet we still act like beaten housewives when faced down by a minuscule Republican minority.

And the Republican response when we give them everything they want for no reason whatsoever? **** YOU IN THE FACE. **** YOU IN THE FACE. Not a SINGLE REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMAN VOTED FOR THE STIMULUS PACKAGE.

Get this message Obama. Get this message Pelosi. Get this message Reid. WE ARE SICK OF THIS BULLSHIT. Are you people ****ing nuts? What in the HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU??? This is complete insanity. **** the Republicans, and **** them right now. If the Republicans insist on playing obstructionists to the changes that this country vitally needs TO EVEN SURVIVE, then run them over. Just completely run them over. Screw them.

For once, a primitive is right.  If they believe in what their reps are putting up as solutions, they should welcome all the R's being opposed to it.  The primitive's anger is correctly aimed at the Dems.

The original post from DU was very entertaining to read.  Except I got his spit on me.  I went back over to see the thread.  There is a lot of this feeling:  Obama is playing very,very clever chess, while the Repukes are playing checkers.  He's very, very cunning, and he has won this.  Just you wait and see. 

(They don't know about the fingerprint rule).

I suspect they know that what he and the Democrats, liberals and leftists are doing is not going to be stimulating, unless you're a recipient of the pork or its fat. So they howl from both conscience, or what remnant they may still have, and fear.

Respectfully, I don't think they're capable, either intellectually or politically, of grasping what you suggest, regarding a reprise of Jimmy Carter's debacles.

But I think you're right about that potentiality, if not certainty.
