I'm kinda proud that the Senator who is turning out to be his partner in pissing off the RINOs is the one I call mine (Mike Lee; I don't acknowledge the asshole Orrin Hatch). :cheersmate:

Just like Ted is mine, but I don't acknowledge the asshole John Cornyn.   :cheersmate:

I just emailed my two Senators and asked them to stand with Cruz.  Doubtful but I also emailed Ted Cruz and told him how badass he was.   :yahoo:

Orrin Hatch is yet another professional politician senator who has far outlived his usefulness.

Why he didn't go away like Bob Bennett is anybody's guess.

Why he didn't go away like Bob Bennett is anybody's guess.

He was up for re-election in 2012. There was a good TEA Party conservative in the primary against him. Hatch's whole argument as to why he should be chosen over the n00b was that he was up for 'Ranking member' status on a Senate committee or two. :banghead: :censored: :argh:

If your talking about a possible presidential run, I like Cruz a lot, but.....

getting another younger type Harvard grad makes me nervous after Obama.  I personally like Presidents a little older.

I never did like McCain.  When he ran in '08 I swore up and down I would not vote for him.  Only changed my mind when he picked Sarah as his running mate.

Some people in my area redid the 08 campaign signs so they read "Palin-McCain"

Minor threadjack alert.

After attending a very good gun show this weekend, I have finally figured out what your screen name means.   :-)

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

I called Senator Roy Blunt's (R-MO) and told the lady who answered the phone that it would be greatly appreciated if Senator Blunt could somehow find a way to do what his constituents are demanding:

Vote NO on tomorrow's cloture vote.

**** Obamacare. And **** McConnell/Cornyn.

I'm not even going to bother with the scrunt McCaskill (D-MO), because I know where her vote is going. Right alongside her lips as she kisses Barry's ass.

Peter King: ‘Vile’ phone calls by Ted Cruz allies
http://www.politico.com/story/2013/09/peter-king-ted-cruz-phone-calls-97396.html

Quote
Rep. Peter King, who has pulled no punches in criticizing Ted Cruz, said Thursday that supporters of the Texas senator have been bombarding his office with “vile” phone calls.

The New York Republican has called Cruz a fraud for his calls to defund Obamacare, and said the senator’s campaign this summer to get the House to pass a government funding bill that defunds the health care law led to some offensive phone calls to King’s office.
