Hello to all!

You may blame arch-conservative and friend Cactus Carlos for my presence. It was he who put me on to your existence.

I have been conservative in thought and vocal tyrades for many years to the dismay of my not-so-involved family. In recent years they have seen my dire predictions pan out and are now in sympathy with my talking points. Not much comfort in these days of rampant insanity but it is comforting nontheless to congregate with those of like vision, like this forum I trust.

I will try to contribute and not be a hindrance to the cause of clear thinking and freedom from tyranny.

I know gmanbat from another board and will vouch for him if necessary.  I think he'll be a fine addition to our little family here.
