Well, I think that phenomena comes from a leftist believing how they picture things in their brain is actually the way things are. Travel is not needed to either prove or disprove the premise they have so much invested in in the airy upper regions. To a certain extent to they are no different from anyone else in that if they did travel, they'd most likely see what they want to see. People are funny that way, no matter where they land ideologically.

Oh you mean the DMV? :-)

That was the beautiful thing about Arizona....you renew your license every 30 years. For most people that's about a 2 time visit to the dept of gloom, dispair, and misery.  :yawn:
