HS was traumatic for me. Hated pretty much all of the three years I attended. I had some specific goals in mind, but the parents screwed that up. I couldn't get my diploma fast enough, got the hell out of Dodge and was in boot camp shortly thereafter.

Band was cool, especially stage band (jazz band to some of y'all). I only "experimented" with some weed......  :-)

I never understood adults who are still stuck on HS decades after graduating.

Most of them are still living in the same house.
