It's a legitimate question. I thought someone hacked the boards or something and wanted a serious answer, which I got. I got on a while ago and saw one of my threads with EVERY person on the thread with the name "Chris_" and I seriously wondered.

I was trying to merge two user accounts and the message table got hosed. All the data is still there... the only thing that's changed is the member ID and names.
There is a backup available, but it doesn't cover everything. The rest of the table can be rebuilt based on email addresses, which is part of the message table. Rebel has someone working on it.

What really happened is that nadin was fixing the grid.
