There used to be places for people like him and it certainly wasn't in the congress... but then the ACLU shut them down.

Now that I think about....there's a bunch of his kind in congress so maybe there still is a place for his kind....they just moved it.

I thought Reagan did that.  At least that's what the left keeps repeating.

I guess it would be foolish of me to assume that the ACLU was suing on behalf of those crazy people.
