As I mentioned on another thread, the amazing thing is this was a UNANIMOUS decision by all 9 justices. Even the new kid on the block, who doesn't know what a woman is, was somehow convinced that Congress' systematic and continuous failure to write legislation that was sufficiently detailed to prevent the need for the "Chevron doctrine" (the majority opinion cheerfully written by leftist John Paul Stevens decades ago) in the first place was not a license for EPA to get stupid.
