Navarro has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts of contempt of Congress stemming from his failure to comply with a subpoena issued by the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 breach of the United States Capitol.Navarro, 72, is charged with one contempt count involving his refusal to appear for a deposition and another involving his refusal to produce documents, despite a subpoena from the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. The indictment was returned yesterday and unsealed today. Navarro is to make his initial appearance this afternoon in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney Matthew M. Told you the DOJ wasn't sitting on their hand
Enjoy is while it lasts, DUmmies.Come november, hell's coming to breakfast. Then it's our turn to impeach. And we can start with oathbreakers like ciccilene from nj or what ever his name is, who said "**** your rights" after taking an oath.
I'd impeach Biden for the disinformation board. Obvious violation of 1A.And the DoJ arresting people for ignoring congressional subpoenas sets a great precedent for when Rs are running committees in 2023. But Garland probably won't do squat about those.
