5. IMO

a certain percentage of DU is depressed and has other mental issues.

True. But the Ds and more favored PC groups have been on a rampage of mugging police officers at every imagined opportunity. That may at the least temper the police and firefighters unions' support of the Ds, if not reverse it. Even if from union leaders' fear of member revolt if they continue to support those who are attacking the police officers and firefighters on the streets.

That's got to be north of $1M, maybe north of $3M! I wonder which is greater, my monthly mortgage payment (Silicon Valley is not inexpensive!) or the monthly HOA fees for that neighborhood.

    Probably around $1.5-$1.75MM, perhaps more because of the gate and the location. I don't begrudge her the home, but I do begrudge her attitude, which should be one of extreme gratitude. Trust me, there are people 5 miles from her that could directly benefit from any largesse she can send their way, but then she'd be helping someone instead of whining about places she's never been.
