The vendor is--unfortunately--as legit a member of the TP as he is lacking in marketing skills but as mediaite explains the balance of the shirt's message is on the reverse side:

Even if someone did report it to Keef, and he reported it on air, the only people who would hear it are the DUmmies who reported it in the first place. Nobody else watches Keef, and even they lost interest.
