Title: Spicy Whole Roasted Cauliflower

After I made a batch of the marinade, I realized it's very close to the chicken shawarma recipe I made last year (great on grilled chicken).  The cauliflower comes out a beautiful baked red color.

1½ cups plain Greek yogurt (12 ounces)
1 lime, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Remove the core and leaves.  Mix the ingredients and rub it all over the cauliflower and bake for 30-40 minutes in a greased pan at 400º.  This makes enough for two heads of cauliflower.
