80% of it will still be open. I really wish the Republicans would come out and say this. I do have to give credit, so far Boehner is holding. It won't last, but still...ICE, SS, CIA, all the important letter guys will still be operating. Well, border patrol might as well go home because they can't arrest or deport anyone anyway.

Democrats are threatening to not fund Homeland Security unless the GOP funds Obama's illegal amnesty program. Think about that for a minute. Democrats are putting illegal immigrants above American citizens.

Whose side are they on?

OTOH, shutting down Homeland Security might mean fewer children and grandmas being groped by TSA agents. And, since Obama has told ICE agents not to detain illegal immigrants anyway, why do we even need to keep paying them for playing catch and release with criminals.

because the left has the press in their back pocket who can spread the false narrative that it is the gop who is preventing the funding bill and therefore endangering American lives. 

The low/no information voters eat that shit up and never stop to question how obama's failure to secure our border and is allowing tens of thousands of people to invade our Nation is really putting Americans at risk.
