Anti-gay Bigot Fundies to hold conference in Boston, Wednesday, March 5th with Scott Phelps Quote"Restoring the Dream"Bringing Abstinence and Marriage to Our YouthWith everything that today's youths are receiving into their impressionable minds, two things that are shockingly absent are abstinence and marriage. Our culture has chosen to teach safe sex over no sex, while allowing marriage to become something couples should strive to avoid. As men and women of faith concerned about our culture, we know the truth and decades of research confirm it: a man and a woman committed to lifelong marriage and sexual purity are better off in most every area of life - longevity, health, prosperity, success and happiness to just mention a few. And their children are more likely to succeed. If we could only get this truth into the hearts and minds of our children!Well, you can - with the help of the "Restoring the Dream" Conference! This one-day conference has been traveling the country-from Denver to Anaheim to Orlando-helping to equip parents, educators, youth pastors, counselors, and others with the tools to teach the young people in their circle of influence the benefits of abstinence and marriage. Now our sister organization, Massachusetts Family Institute, is sponsoring this conference and bringing it to Boston:"Restoring the Dream" - BostonWednesday, March 5, 2007 - 8:30am-4pmHoliday Inn Boston at Beacon HillAmong the distinguished presenters are Maggie Gallagher, Glenn Stanton, Scott Phelps, and Rozario Slack. You can download biographies of each of these speakers by visiting the special "Restoring the Dream" section of MFI's website.Parents of teenagers, educators, youth pastors, counselors, youth workers - all are encouraged to attend this seminar. We are asking you to please print the attached flyer (you can also download the flyer from the website) and, with your pastor's permission, post it at your church. Be sure to hand deliver a copy of it to the youth pastor at your church and encourage him or her to attend. We all need the teaching tools that this conference provides to restore the concept of marriage and sexual purity in the hearts and minds of our children. Our future as a nation and, more importantly, their future as individuals depend on it.

Abstinence and marriage during youth and adultery and divorce as adultsPosted by hulklogan on Wed Jan-30-08 03:26 PMThank you anti-gay fundies!
my gay fundie brother taught his kids about abstinence when they were little.. they are fine young adults now although, their dad turning out gay was kind of a shock for them..
Liberals promte bad habits with known and predictable bad outcomes. At the same time the denegrade good habits that produce good outcomes. Stage two of insanity?
QuoteAbstinence and marriage during youth and adultery and divorce as adultsPosted by hulklogan on Wed Jan-30-08 03:26 PMThank you anti-gay fundies! Maybe it's just me, but I read through the announcement a couple of times and didn't see ONE reference to gays. I'm thinking a gay people can practice abstinence just like everyone else. How can it possibly harm these idiot moonbats for parents to CHOOSE to attend an event they deem important for THEIR children. If the DUmmies want to promote premarital sex (because the only reason I can think of to discourage parents to attend is if you want teens to have sex) why don't they have their own conference? They can purchase condoms and sex toys for the kiddies, have seminars by drag queens, whatever their little hearts desire.Cindie
