You rarely see the amount of fireworks at a Senate hearing as occurred yesterday between Fauci and Senator Rand Paul.
It was glorious. Especially noteworthy was Fauci flat-out telling Paul, "You don't know what you're talking about."
The interaction started out by Paul telling Fauci that lying to Congress was a felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison. That set the tone for the fireworks that followed.
Question is, what's Paul going to do about Fauci's lies? Bring him up on charges? How does he do that, and how often has that ever been done when somebody lies to Congress? That doesn't seem to matter when Felonious S. Pantsuit, aka Hillary Clinton, tells lies. It doesn't seem to matter when Comey and McCabe and Brennan lie, and it doesn't matter when Clapper can't even tell a lie with a straight face. None of those asshats went to prison, so Senator Paul, what's going to happen with Fauci?
