Rednecks, hicks, and rural people
« on: January 28, 2013, 05:06:53 PM »
Lately I've seen DU posts brought over that talks about rednecks, hicks, and rural people. I figure that I can tell you a little about them because I am one.

As far as I'm concerned redneck, hick, rural people are terms that can loosely be used interchangeably.

White-trash can not usually be used interchangeably with redneck, hick or rural people as white-trash generally pull the "D" lever.

Liberals, being brain dead and more stupid than hog slop, think they are openly insulting someone by referring to them as hick or redneck. They think they are subtly insulting someone by calling them rural. Little do they know that they are actually paying a compliment.

A redneck will usually address anyone older or unfamiliar as mr, miss, or mrs and answer them with yes sir, no sir, yes ma'am, or no ma'am.

A redneck, hick, and/or rural person (from here on out I'll just use the term redneck) opens (or holds open) the door for people. That doesn't make them sexist because they open the door for everyone. If an older person, a lady, or anyone who has his or her hands full appears to be headed for a door the redneck will wait at the door to open it for them.

If a redneck sees an older person or a lady that appears to be broke down on the side of the road he'll stop to check on them. If it is a male that doesn't appear to be completely normal he may still stop to help if he has his weapon. He could need his weapon because the person could be a democrat voter attempting to set him up for a robbery or other means of harm.

If a person goes to a redneck asking for money to buy food and the redneck knows the person and knows the person will really use the money to buy food, the redneck will give the person money. Sometimes even if it's all the money he has in his pocket.

If a person goes to a redneck asking for money to buy food and the redneck suspects the person is prone to buying alcohol or drugs , the redneck MAY offer to buy or give the individual food but will rarely offer money.

If a person goes to a redneck asking for money for any reason and the redneck knows that the person is a democrat voter just trying to scam money the redneck will politely (or sometimes not so politely) tell the person to kiss his ass.

A redneck expects the government to keep the roads up. A redneck expects the government to provide emergency personal. A redneck expects the government to protect our boarders. A redneck expects the government to honor the Constitution. Beyond those things and few others the redneck expects the government to leave him alone so he can live his life and take care of his family.

A redneck tries with all his being to provide for his family. If for some reason he can't provide for his family and he has to accept assistance he is appreciative of the assistance and tries to repay it.

A redneck respects the environment but doesn't worship the environment.

Most rednecks believe in God. The rednecks who happen not believe in God don't have a problem with those who do.

While democrat voters like to claim that all life is sacred (except unborn babies who they think are fun to murder in droves) rednecks believe that innocence is sacred. Four legged animals are intended to be pets and food. Fish are intended to be pets or food. Most birds are intended to be pets, food, national symbols, or road-kill cleaners. Any animals (two or four legged) who murder the innocent deserve to be removed from society.

A redneck believes that schools are for learning academics. NOT for indoctrination.

A redneck doesn't really care that you are stupid enough to be a democrat voter as long as you leave him alone. The problem is that you don't want to leave him alone. Thankfully for democrat voters rednecks are usually patient, but even a redneck's patience has limits.

A redneck may or may not have a gun. If a redneck doesn't have a gun it doesn't mean that he his anti-gun. It just means he has chosen not to have a gun at this time.

Just because a redneck doesn't have a gun it doesn't mean that he does not have ways to f you up.

Redneck woman are beautiful, intelligent, fun, and wonderful to know.

Not all rednecks are from the south and not all people from the south are rednecks.

NOTE: Not every single one of these may apply to every single redneck, but most of them do apply to most rednecks.
“Don’t vote for the person who tells you you deserve something. Just don’t do it if it’s something other than life, liberty, or the pursuit of possible happiness. If everyone is telling you you deserve something, vote for the one who is promising you the least. Be suspicious of the man or woman who tell you deserve everything. Because you don’t.” ---Mike Rowe

What Chuck said is true. I have however met few that I didn't care for but that is the way of all people. When it comes to Liberals. Communist,Socialist then I can say I have no use for them and hate them to he core. They are the very thing our forefathers ward us against and we must stop them by any means  possible. The DUmp is the best example of the worse kinds of the Left. Even though  I have known one of their members for a few years it is only because of someone we both know that we even come in contact with each other.

I do treat them as I would anyone else in public but personally I can't stand their politics and I won't have anything to do with them  if I can avoid it. It's not worth the effort to get along wit hthe left because that is not what they believe in or want. They wan't a carbon copy of the USSR or worse and that just can't happen. They hate everything our country tries to become based on the Constitution. They want to live high on the hog at other peoples expense and to sit on the thornes of power no matter how they gain it. Those people are the enemy pure and simple.

I think that sums us up quite nicely. Well done!

Gotta H5 that.

I resent people who try to disparage rural people.  I'm sure they associate them with toothless, uneducated inbreds.  Just goes to show their clueless stupidity.  My dad came from a rural upbringing and many of my family members are still lucky enough to have that kind of life style.  When I go to visit them, I always have a good time and don't want to leave.

Well played sir!!

Low IQers by definition are very ignorant but the DUches work so hard and are so proud of their ignorance. I call that stupid.

Personally, the critters I really worry about are the city slickers.  I don't know what all that crowding, "recreational drug" use, and pollution does to the moderately-human brain, but it causes enough damage to make most of them liberals.
