Here's an idea. In order to be scrupulously fair and unbiased, let's write each credible basis

 
for impeachment on a 3 x 5 card and but them into a bushel basket. Then, let's allow McConnell and McCarthy to pull out 6 each and we'll just file those 12 as Articles of Impeachment and drop all other remaining reasons to impeach. Of course, this drawing would be televised.

Who could argue with such a transparent and bipartisan procedure?
