You should have went up to her and told her who you are, it would have been cool to see her reaction.

If that's her in the pictures she kind of looks sweet. I know she comes off as a know it all, but any chance she's just trying to be helpful and in her trying to be helpful she comes across as arrogant? though not intending to?

Bally, I don't think that's the case.  I saw her interact with several people at the convention and she literally never smiles.  Also, when she was working her Ipad on the patio, one of the geeks came outside complaining about how hung over he was in a joking way.  She just stopped what she was doing and glared at him until he went back inside.

How about the other people who were there? did they seem happy or angry?

Some people are their own worst enemies.

Those times in life when franksolich has been sour and dour, or crabby and unsocial, or arrogant and overbearing, others haven't thought well of him, and they were right.

nadin gets no sympathy from me; she's in total control of her "image."

I had a Tamron with the Olympus. It worked like a charm and I remember it fondly. It s probably in storage but with new gear...even with adapter, forget 'bout it. Why I am willing to look at non oem. The kit lens by the way is light, and the tele up to 200 I know exactly which one you are talking about. Was considering it.

Photographers vest, I got one and I find it indispensable. Plenty of pockets for gear, extra batteries, the point and shoot that now works as secondary, notebooks...you mention it, goes in there. I would highly recomend one to anybody who finds themselves out there doing any kind of somewhat serious photography.

Oh we laughed...mine is black with reflective...need to add roll of electrical if I need to hide...( yes I did that in a few shootouts in EMS). Imagine one in woodland cammy with reflective tape. it was kind of funny.

The woman in the photo is wearing a vest...

AKA "Shoot me first" vests.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

She'd look like Sen. Levin if she had more hair and broke the five-foot barrier.

I was thinking she looks more like Danny DeVito as The Penguin.

Does this woman (?) ever wash her stringy, nasty hair?

Wow, that penguin reference has scary similarities.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Since nadin expressed her worry in the past, I want her to take note that a CC member was near her and didn't even try to kill her.

I even smiled at her and said good morning.

Uh huh.

We're mellow, laid-back people who wouldn't hurt a butterfly.

I wish however one could say the same about the primitives, but one can't.

Wow. How long would a guy have to be at sea.....

I have a hunch coach is reconsidering his offer to take one for the team.

Someone just earned themselves a few Hi5's for taking one for the team.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

An arrogant, condescending, bald dwarf.

A good test for Rule 34 of the internet.

I re-considered that offer a very long time ago and decided ooops, no.

Uh, nadin's not trying to be helpful.

She's just trying to impose her will on other people, nothing more than that.

She doesn't care if she's right or wrong, just so she's accepted as the Authority.
