VA politician busted for drunk driving. Not arrested because state constitution says he can't be charged.

VIRGINIA- You seriously have to love politicians. They dictate to us little people what we are going to have for health insurance, how much we are going to be taxed for virtually everything but the air we breathe, what kinds of weapons we can carry, and what the preferred pronouns are.
Meantime, they take care of themselves by doing things such as exempting themselves from things such as Obamacare.
Let us take the Delorean time machine down to Christianburg, VA last Sunday.
Chris Hurst, a Virginia legislator, was pulled over on that day for suspicion of drunk driving. Hurst was stopped at about 2 a.m. and submitted to a field breath test, where his blood alcohol content registered at .085%, over the legal limit of .08%. So, Hurst was placed under arrest, right?
Talk about being above the law! He is a bun grabber.
