The episode was up 37 percent from the third season’s premiere. and was watched by 6.3 million adults 18-49.

They won't lose the show, A&E may lose them. As Ptarmigan posted below you they have broken records. They went from an average of 9 million viewers last season to 14 million this season.
If A&E was so offended by what Phil said why did they run a Duck Dynasty Marathon yesterday... Cashing in on the gravy train while it is still there? Hey DUmmies... the all mighty Dollar wins out in the end.
Duck Dynasty was Wednesday's top cable program, with a 3.5 adults 18-49 rating up from last week's 2.9 adults 18-49 rating. American Horror Story came in second with a 2.1, down from last week's 2.5 adults 18-49 rating.
I'm hoping they get another network and sign up Chik Fil A as a sponsor.
I know that Glenn Beck has invited them to come over to The Blaze. I hope they accept.
I really don't see this happening. The Blaze is on one provider... you can stream it on other devices but only if you pay a membership.
I was thinking last night that this has a Chik Fil-A outcome written all over it. That Chik Fil-A appreciation day blew the libs socks off when they saw the outcome and the huge number of people who stood up for Chik Fil-A. I see this happening again with Duck Dynasty.

Reality TV star Phil Robertson, who was yanked from the popular A&E program "Duck Dynasty" this week after making disparaging remarks about homosexuality, has previously had some unkind things to say about Chicago."If I'm lost at three o'clock in a major metropolitan area...I ask myself: Where would I rather be trying to walk with my wife and children?" he said in explaining why he voted for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney in 2012. "One of the guys who's running for president is out of Chicago, Illinois, and the other one is from Salt Lake City, Utah. Where would I rather be turned around at three o'clock in the morning? I opted for Salt Lake City. I think it would be safer."Romney, it should be noted, is originally from Boston. His connection to Salt Lake City was made when he took the helm as president and CEO of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympics.

In the fallout over Wednesday’s suspension of “Duck Dynasty†star Phil Robertson by A&E for anti-gay and racist remarks, GLAAD is experiencing record levels of backlash.“In the five-and-a-half years I’ve worked at GLAAD, I’ve never received so many violently angry phone calls and social media posts attacking GLAAD for us speaking out against these comments,†the media watchdog organization’s vice president of communications Rich Ferraro told TheWrap.He said those reactions range from those who simply believe as Robertson believes to those who feel that GLAAD and A&E’s actions limit the reality star’s free speech.
