Time to give the Statue of Liberty back to France.
   
Considering the stance of many Americans on immigration and the growing xenophobia that exists, perhaps it is time to give the lady in the harbor back to France.

Granted that the US has, since the start of this country, taken a very hostile view of people coming in, the present situation makes a mockery of the statue and the inscription.

Once, for a very short time, that inscription may have been true. Now this country is like an armed fortress against the world.

Um, wait a minute.  Most of us are okay with legal immigrants.  It is you DUmmies that complain about companies legally bringing in the workers they need.

According to the Progressive Wikipedia, this is the origin of the Statue of Liberty:

Also to add to what you said, the mindset of legal immigrants are totally different than the mindset of illegals, legal immigrants come here because they want to be Americans, illegals come here for money, they have no allegiance at all to the Country.

Not only that, but legal immigrants come here to better the country because most come from some shit hole and have experienced the lack of freedome we have here.

Illegals are doin' nothin' more than exporting the dregs of their own societies to the US in order to send their cash back to other dregs of the society they come from! ie, MS 13, the Mexican Mafia, etc!

Even the "Green Card farmers" contribute to America in a way to help themselves. It's the Drug Cartels that are doin' nothin' more than takin' advantage of American Law, in order to increase their wealth and power over those that cannot defend themselves! And the frikkin' DemonRats consider them a voting block! How ****ed up is that?

It's not just the money, it's the benefits they can get for free in this country because of the Democrats wanting the votes and their need to feel sorry for those that broke the law.

Hey DUmmies! We're not against immigrants coming to America. It's the ones that come here ILlegally that we have a problem with. Legals come to America with dreams of the American dream and are trying to provide for their family and themselves, to have a better life in other words. ILlegals come here to spit on our flag, not pay into the system, bring crime into the country and help collapse our system by taking advantage of gubberment programs. Does everything have to be explained to you DUmmies, so you understand things a little better?? :banghead: :banghead:
