Yeah, they said chemtrails looked like the best bet, they apparently have been trying a new very high altitude application technique that looks a lot like plain old high stratus clouds. But, they said they'd only be able to get a really good laydown if the hurricane thing completely fails and there's beautiful weather, so it was way too early to make a call on it.
It's really pretty amazing how much of that special jungle juice a Global Hawk can carry when you pull out the surveillance gear, and how little of the chemical soup it really takes to affect unprotected targets, y'know?
