He is repeating Nazi propaganda about a Ukrainian 'Holodomore'. There was no intentional famine genocide, this is nonsense propagated by pro-nazi Ukrainian nationalists and completely at odd with modern scholarship. The death toll claims are highly exaggerated too. Professor Tauger has researched the 1933 famine and found that there was famine all over the USSR, not unique to Ukraine and was not genocide.
