Have you ever noticed that the cancer that is the Culturally Gaseous Spread of Homosexuality begins to destroy the minute it permeates?  Professional football was suppose to be "NEXT!".  That is why this Sam same-gender-sex-get-off guy's failure is such a big deal.

I seem to remember, about the time of the draft, that the word was that he wasn't that good.  Sure, he may have been a beast in the SEC, but it's college football as opposed to professional football.  Even the SEC (which is easily the toughest football conference anywhere in the NCAA) isn't the NFL.

I'd expect him to play in the NFL Europe league next year, but if he clears waivers, he's got the opportunity to sign on with the Rams' practice squad now.

I think NFL Europe in defunct. I guess he can be the first openly gay player in the Arena Football League.

If he was any good some other team would have claimed him off of waivers.
