Radishes
« on: June 22, 2014, 11:38:20 AM »
Found out that if one has no onions to add to a dish, slice radishes and they cooked will give the same and or better taste.

Weird little things, their greens cooked up taste like spinach  with a kick.

been eating radishes out of my garden for the past two weeks. Great in a green salad.

They're a good addition to pasta salad, cut in a dice.  Gives a nice crunch and flavor.

I used to like radishes and green onions with some salt.
