How is it now not a nullity, and not good law? Never mind just not funding it, it should be repealed or referred to the courts for interpretation as to if it even applies.

Is there any  district in Florida that he could actually win again in? Isn't this the same guy that lost millions in a Ponzi scheme? A lot of the DUmmies seem to love him, though, wifebeater besides. I just wish he'd use this picture:
