So President Thuggery sends the IRS after this man with cancer (who also voted for him twice) because he dared to speak out.

Proud, DUmmies?  Are you?  You will be so predictable with your normal Fox News-bashing and the website where the story is being reported, but at least that website works better than the one pushing PeasantCare.

Now suddenly Bill Elliot is being audited for 2009 with an interview only scheduled in April 2014. Assuming he lives that long. That might be a coincidence, but Tucker is being audited back to 2003.

That’s a rather strange coincidence.

I thought the IRS could only go back three years.....and to go back farther they had to prove fraud each successive year?

Richard Nixon damn near got thrown out of office on his ass for merely talking about using the IRS against his enemies. Obama has actually done it and only us racist pricks bother to care.

I think a notice of tax deficiency can only go back three years and three months but an audit at least seven or more.

Probably why they're going back 2003-09.  To do a single year would "prove" it was retaliation, whereas this could be all legal and stuff.  Wrong, but legal.
