I have a bit of a starker issue. A group has my real name and is causing me problems. So I have talked with Legal Aid already over this and will be calling them tomorrow like they said to do if the issue is not resolved "in house" after I contacted the sites admin.

So if I seem a little quiet, I am just handling this mater. But I will try and get on to let people know I am alive!

Like I don't have enough on my plate!

We probably have more legal knowledge here than entire buildings of JDs who couldn't find real jobs legal aids.

How has anyone here stalked you? You post stuff on a public comment board for the whole internet to see. Ain't like anyone here has gone to whatever city it is that you are in and tracked you down.

Since you do not seem to know the meaning of the word, let me help you.

Stalking:

Stalking [staw-king] noun
1.the act or an instance of stalking, or harassing another in an aggressive, often threatening and illegal manner.

How have we threatened or harassed you in an aggressive and illegal manner? You post stuff on a public board, for comment mind you, and we comment on another public board. I doubt any first year law school student would define that as stalking.

Good luck with legal aid. Those poor folks are overworked and I am sure they really do not have time to take on a trivial case that will, in all probability, get tossed out of court as frivolous.

Good advice right there LadyFreedom. Real good advice. Too bad you probably won't take it. I'm beginning to think you are really too stupid to take it or any other advice.

<note to legal aid... Perky has a soft spot for LadyFreedom, as I'm sure many here at CC do, and we sincerely try to help her. How can this be stalking? Maybe her case worker can explain it to her>
